Please help us to help you by not contacting us on the day of the session as we will be busy and may not have the chance to reply in time.
Please contact us the day before and we will be happy to help.
Please remember if you have a booked time slot and have found that you cannot attend, please can you let us know.
If you wish to attend and haven't booked your time slot yet, please do as it helps to reduce waiting times.
When requesting a time slot, please can you let us know if you want it for the same time every week or as a one off for that date.
